Micellar Casein
Micellar casein is a dairy protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey protein in the same ratio as skimmed milk, 80:20.
Ingredients: Milk protein concentrate (80 % micellar casein, 20 % whey protein), cocoa powder (only in chocolate flavour), aroma, stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: soya lecithin; beetroot juice (strawberry and forest fruits flavour); patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lipase, lactase, cellulase and bacterial neutral protease), sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K.
