Micellar Casein
Micellar casein is a dairy protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey protein in the same ratio as skimmed milk, 80:20.
Recommended dosage: Mix 1 maximally heaped scoop of Amix™ Micellar Casein with 250-300 ml of cold water or low fat milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Use preferably before sleep. To change the flavor and sweetness of drink, change the amount of water used for preparation.
